Please do only one outdoor exercise per day either alone or with members of your household.  
You can do unlimited exercise inside your home and whilst this won't add miles,
 it with benefit both your physical and mental fitness.

As such we are relaxing the miles4motivation rules - you no longer have to pledge miles - you can pledge a number of days in the month you intend to do exercise.

This Virtual Activity Challenge was set up to encourage people to get outdoors and participate in activities to get them fitter, whilst raising money for The Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue team.

Anyone can take part, young and old and even pets!

Participants choose how many miles they aim to complete in a given month. This can be done cycling, running, horse riding, walking, canoeing, climbing or any activity which achieves miles or a mixture of activities.
